Track copies, not just card names
Two copies of the same card may have different conditions, languages, foil treatments, quantities, or locations. Keep those details attached to the stock you are selling instead of treating a card name as a complete inventory record.
Location pages help you work through the listings assigned to a particular box or binder. Use names that match your physical storage so your digital stock can lead you back to the card.
Start with the pile or the file
Scan Connect is useful when the cards are in front of you: pair your phone, scan into the desktop queue, and review the batch. The spreadsheet desk is useful when your stock is already in rows: upload a supported file or paste text, inspect the card preview, then confirm the import.
A spreadsheet import is a listing workflow. Review the matches and quantities carefully before confirming; a personal collection and sale stock have different purposes.
Keep the order workflow close
My Pokoin links your listings to sold history, buy history, and account settings. Export the live inventory as CSV when you need a copy of the current book.
CardTrader and other connection options have their own setup and review flows. Connecting a service should be a deliberate action; do not assume that every external listing or edit is automatically synchronised.
Understand the marketplace you are listing on
Pokoin supports card payments via Stripe and PKN where accepted by the seller. Check payment and buyer-protection information before you begin selling. An inventory record or an asking price does not mean a buyer has purchased the card.
Common questions
Can I organise cards by storage location?
Yes. My Pokoin supports stock locations and location-specific pages, so you can organise listings around the boxes or binders you use.
Can I bring in a stock spreadsheet?
Yes. The spreadsheet desk accepts supported files and pasted rows, shows a preview, and asks you to confirm before listing. Inspect the recognised format and card matches first.
