At a glance

A useful value check matches the set, collector number, language, finish and condition. An asking price is an offer; it is not proof of a completed sale.

Real prices. Named sources.

CardTrader supplies observed seller listings and dated lowest asking prices. Poko and the inventory price-check tools also use available TCGplayer aggregate market-price history for matched printings and product subtypes.

Source, observation date and currency matter: CardTrader asks are listed prices, while TCGplayer aggregate quotes are in USD and do not identify the condition or language of an individual sale. Coverage varies by printing. Inferred listing changes and completed Pokoin sales are labelled separately.

Match the printing

Search by card name and set, or start with a photo scan. Check the printed collector number, language and finish on the card page.

Read the price in context

Compare live seller listings with the available history for the same printing and attributes. Check dates and source labels: listed prices, inferred listing changes and completed Pokoin sales are different signals. Sparse data is not a guaranteed valuation.

Common questions

Can I check a Pokémon card’s value from a photo?

Start with Pokoin’s card scanner, confirm the suggested printing, then open its marketplace page to compare prices. A photo match does not grade condition.

Is the displayed price what my card will sell for?

No. Your copy’s condition, language, finish and demand affect the result. Asking prices and reference data do not guarantee a buyer or a sale price.
